Austin, TX (May 18, 2020) – BuildersUpdate.com has become RESO WEB API certified. This API certification is the second RESO certification earned by BuildersUpdate.com to go along with their Data Dictionary certification.
According to RESO: “Real Estate Standards Organization certification is the real estate industry’s seal of data excellence. It ensures MLSs and technology partners have correctly implemented RESO data standards. Certification is awarded to MLSs, brokers, and technology companies for RESO Web API and RESO Data Dictionary."
RESO CEO Sam DeBord says of the certification, "RESO certification provides independent verification that a technology system’s functions match industry-wide standards. When a company says they are RESO certified, it means their systems are interoperable with other certified technology tools. Their technology tools will work efficiently with other apps and tools based on the RESO Web API and RESO Data Dictionary standards.”
By earning their second RESO certification, Buildersupdate.com joins a small list of RESO technology partners that have both the Web API and Data Dictionary certifications.
